Light the Hoan, Inc. is responsible for making Milwaukee smile…oh, and the management of the lights on the Hoan Bridge. As a 501c3 organization, Light the Hoan, Inc., is focused on turning the bridge lights into a community asset, hosting education programs using the bridge lights as a teaching and learning tool, as well as highlighting local and national nonprofits who are allowed to use the bridge lights as a fundraiser.
Reporting to the Light the Hoan, Inc., Board of Directors, the Executive Director position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Light the Hoan. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing, fundraising, budget management, vendor management, sales, and public relations. A successful candidate is motivated, innovative, highly organized, and works well with people.
Purpose: To maintain and grow the operations of Light the Hoan, Inc.
Reports To: Light the Hoan Board of Directors
Location: Work from home 60% / Light The Hoan Office 20% / Community meetings 20%
Compensation: $75K Salary plus $5K annual benefits stipend. Incentive-based bonuses available up to $15K/year.
